The Dzongkhag Terminal Review meeting for Sarpang Dzongkhag was held on 2nd July 2018 in Gelephu Middle Secondary School Multi purpose hall. The meeting was chaired by Honorable Lyonchen Tshering Tobgay in presence of Honorable Lyonpo D.N Dhungyel, Ministry of Information & Communication, NC of Sarpang Dzongkhag, Officials from GNHC, Regional heads of Sarpang Dzongkhag, Local Government officials, 10 Gosheynyensheys each from 12 Gewogs & 10 Gosheynyenseys from Thromde,Dzongkhag Sector heads & Thromde sector heads.
Honorable Dasho Dzongdag of Sarpang Dzongkhag presented on the 11th FYP final report. Dasho presented about the major achievements of Dzongkhag in the 11FYP, Comparision of budget in 10FYP & 11FYP, Summary of the 11FYP Capital Grants, approved budget, revised budget and Expenditure, activities likely to spill over into 12FYP, Issues, challenges & lesson learned. Out of 72 Key Performance indicators as per the MTR, Dzongkhag has achieved 70 KPIs & 2 KPIs were declared as at Risk and cannot be achieved.
Followed by Dasho Dzongdag's presentation, HPM highlighted about the major achievement of Sarpang Dzongkhag comparing to 10 FYP and the achievement as a whole for the country. Later on after the HPM’s presentation, Chief Planning Officer from GNHC briefly presented on the 12th FYP that the Dzongkhag has made. The meeting was concluded with the vote of thanks by the Honorable Dzongkhag Thrizin.
