1. Provide the financial services effectively and efficiently to the Public.

2. Verify and timely payment of bills.

3. Propose/compile and submit the budget proposals.

4. Coordinate and record the Dzongkhag Finance Committee meetings. 

5. Disseminate the Financial progress and reports.

6. Attend/represent  in various committee meetings.

7. Custodian of resources of the Government.
