All concerned person, prescribed under the annexures-I & II of the AD Rules 2022 are required to file the declaration within the prescribed period, failing which you are liable for penalty as provided un Section 38 (5) & (5) of the Anti-Corruption Act of Bhutan 2011 and Section 53 & 54 of the AD Rules 2022.
