Mandates

  1. Advice management on all Human Resource matters of the Dzongkhag.
  2. Liaise with all Sectors for efficient and effective service delivery.
  3. Maintain up-to-date information in Zhiyog Electronic System (ZESt), Personal File and Service Book.
  4. Implement the Civil Service Rules and Regulations and Directives on Personnel matters in the Dzongkhag.
