Tshechu(Mask Dance Festival), is the most important religious festival in Bhutan and it was held annually in various Dzongs and Monasteries. The three days Sarpang annual tshechu was held from 15th Nov, 2018 till  17 Nov, 2018 at Sarpang Rabdey (Tali Dratshang) at Gelephu. Most people believe that tshechu is time to socialize, entertain and receive blessing to wash away the sins.  More than 1000 people including the government officials and public under Sarpang Dzongkhag came to receive blessing and witness various mask dances and cultural programs performed during the Tshechu. The Tshechu ended with drawing and awarding the prizes to the winner of Moenlam Chhenmo fund raising lucky draw and finally with Tashi Labey.
