On the joyous and auspicious occasion of 39th Birth Anniversary of His Majesty the 5th King, Dzongkhag Administration, Sarpang join the nation to celebrate and express our sincere prayers for the well being and good health of His Majesty. The mass cleaning campaign across the Dzongkhag are also conducted by Dzongkhag Administration are joined by various civil servants, arms forces, students and general public of Sarpang Dzongkhag mainly to commemorate the Birth Anniversary of the 5th Druk Gyalpo.
