The 5 days 17th Annual Moenlam Chhenmo of Sarpang Dzongkhag was presided over by His Eminence Laytshog Lopen of Zhugn Dratsang from 5th January 2023 till 9th January 2023 at Thubten Choekhor Thang, Gelephu. As the concluding part of the Annual Moenlam Chenmo, Gonpoi Tshokhor as Kadin Tangra and Tse Wang Long Empowerment ritual for longevity was also given to all the attendees on 10th January 2023.
