Dzongkhag Administration, Sarpang convened 2nd Dzongkhag Tshogdu of Third Local Government corresponding with the auspicious day of 14th day of  6th Month in Bhutanese Calendar. The DT session  commenced with the offering of  Marchang Ceremony and Zhugdrel Phunsum Tshogpa.
DT Thrizin in his opening remarks welcomed all the members and observers and offered our sincere gratitude to His Majesty the King and the monastic body for guiding and offering prayers for  the welfare of the  people of Bhutan during COVID-19 Pandemic.
The DT discussed and endorsed various unresolved agendas proposed by GT. The DT also deliberated and endorsed the approved budget of financial year 2022-2023.
The one day session concluded with the offering of Zhabten to His Majesty the king and Tashi Moeanlam.
