#clarification
This is to inform all the general public of Sarpang Dzongkhag that the movement  of people within the zones and buffer zones  are allowed using movement cards issued. Further, people of Gewogs are also allowed to move within their respective Gewogs. However, they must strictly abide by the COVID-19 prevention and safety protocols. All are requested to remain at home and avoid unnecessary movement unless it is emergency. 
In general all are requested to follow what you all have been following until yesterday(11-09-2020) till further notice.
