The 3rd Foothills Festival will be celebrated at Gelephu public ground for 3 days. To jointly celebrate the festival Dzongkhag Administration, Sarpang are pleased to declare the holidays from 16th January 2020 till 18th January 2020 and all the government and private office must remain closed.
